I really want to applaud the editorial and artistic crew of poetry journal, Goblin Fruit. This is their 5th year online and the team continues to offer wonderful and innovative mythic and fairy tale poetry. Over the years they have added killer touches -- more artists (and it is always a beautiful site), more recorded poems (it's fabulous to hear the poets read their work -- try Paul McQuade's "The Making of Witches"), short articles and biographies of new poets and artists. This edition introduces a stunning and dense work by Catheryne Valente, A Sliver Splendor, A Flame, Act I, a serialized poem in four acts, and the 5th Anniversary Drawing -- a chance to score some great small-press poetry anthologies.
I am also glad to see that after five years of generously sharing their talents and time with the rest of us, there is now an opportunity to give back. Consider using the donation button to show your support of Goblin Fruit.
Once more, congratulations to Amal, Jess, Oliver, and Dimtri for the splendid work over the years on the site.
